The star atraction at this center is a full-scale model of the Great Lakes vessel named the T.V. Voyaguer, a discovery ship that is complete with bridge and interactive modules. The Canadian Marine Discovery Centre is one of the newest historic additions, located at Pier 8 along 57 Guise St. E.
The center houses state-of-the-art interactive exhibits in three galleries, a lobby and a 65 seat high definition theatre, allowing visitors a virtual glimpse of Canada's national parks, historic sites and marine history throughout the years. Be sure you don’t miss the HMCS Haida (a World War II Tribal Class Destroyer – and Canada’s most decorated warship) anchored adjacent to the center.
